1. Please verify that you followed event instructions and provided your email in the coffee claim form provided at the end of the live event. If you did not use this form, you were not sent coffee.
2. Using the email you provided on the coffee claim form, search your email promotions and junk folder for an email from "starbucks@giftcards.starbucks.com" with the subject line containing "eGift Card for Starbucks".
3. If you still don't see the Giftcard, please email support@virtforce.us from the email account you registered for your free coffee with and provide your cell phone number. We will open a ticket with Starbucks support for you.
Conditions & FAQ
Only the first 100 attendees are guaranteed gift cards.
You must be a live attendee to receive a gift card.
Limit 1 gift card per attendee.
You must submit coffee claim form the day of the event.
Late submissions do not qualify.
Gift cards are sent within 1 business week of the event ending.
